The 6-Point Forensic Standard

ChainVetter uses a proprietary mix of data scraping, satellite intelligence, and financial modeling to validate supplier legitimacy. Here is the technical breakdown of our checks.

01 VSIC Code Verification

Every company in Vietnam must register specific business lines under the **Vietnam Standard Industrial Classification (VSIC)** system.

  • Manufacturing Codes (10xx - 33xx): Indicates a legal license to produce goods (requires environmental permits).
  • Wholesale Codes (46xx - 47xx): Indicates a trading entity.

Our algorithm scrapes the National Business Registration Portal. If a supplier claims to be a factory but lacks a Manufacturing VSIC code, we flag them as a **Trading Intermediary**.

02 Satellite & Facility Analysis

We use the Google Maps Static API to retrieve high-resolution satellite imagery of the registered address.

Our analysis looks for:

  • Roof Footprint: Does the building size correlate with manufacturing?
  • Industrial Context: Is it located in a known Industrial Park (e.g., VSIP, Amata)?
  • Consistency: Does the address match a shared office building (Red Flag)?

03 Financial Capacity Modeling

To detect "Impossible Factories" (small shells claiming huge output), we calculate the **Revenue-to-Capital Ratio**.

We extract the **Charter Capital (Vốn điều lệ)** from official announcements. If the declared export volume exceeds 50x the registered capital, it triggers a High Risk alert for potential subcontracting or transshipment.
